I know that many of you have had tough years and there’s scarcely a person out there who hasn’t been impacted by the recent economic turmoil. But while things are still bumpy I think it’s so important to stay focused on the right things.

Take all the energy that your fears and concerns may be eating up and pour it into lead-generation activities. Instead of focusing on what’s not working, get moving on those things that will make a difference.

This business is about relationships. And this system is about building those relationships. But it is a trailing effect. The activities you do today might not feel like the most productive use of your time. But the reality is, the referral you got last week or last month began with a simple step somewhere in the past. It was the result of a simple few words in a note or someone poring over one of the Items of Value and silently deciding to put their name to you.

So let’s keep the main thing the main thing…pour your worries, your needs, and your concerns into lead-generation. You guys are moving mountains and are an example to the industry.
